Ordering
and Payment Methods Orders can
be made on our secure website, emailed, faxed or posted using the details on
the contact page. We except
payments via paypal, direct deposit, cheque or money order. Please be aware
that cheques may take awhile to clear. If you wish
to pay via direct deposit please email us and we will send our bank details to
you within 24 hours. Shipping Costs All shipping costs are calculated according to products weight plus a $2.00 flat fee. Orders of $50 or more will
have half price postage and orders of $100 or more will be free of postage. If you wish to use Express
Post or Registered Post this can be arranged, please make note of this on your
order form and we will send you a quote. Please DO NOT send payment prior to
receiving this quote. Shipping Australia
Post is used for all deliveries. All orders
will be posted the day of or day after payment is received. Items will
be packed with the utmost care. Back
Orders An email
will be sent to you informing you of what item/s are unavailable at the time of
your order. We will put the item/s on back order for you if you wish. It may take
up to 3 weeks for back orders to be filled. If you wish
not to put the item/s on back order you will be given a refund on these items
only. Refunds Refunds will
not be given, however if you do wish to return your items you will receive
store credit. Defective or
faulty items may be returned to us within 14 days of the date the goods were
dispatched from Australia Post, please email us before doing so. Your
replacement items will be sent when defective/faulty item is received. If you are
not 100% satisfied with your order please email us and we will endeavour to fix
any problems. Return delivery cost is the responsibility of the customer. Privacy Statement Craft Lovers
